Catering/Events
Hickory Street catering has two departments. One is designed mainly for deliveries (attach order forms and make them printable) and drop offs, the other is a full hands on catering service specializing in special occasions such as weddings, birthdays, fraternity/sorority functions, reunions, graduations, and any other type of celebration you can think of.
Our Executive Chef has over 20 years experience, a culinary school graduate whose spent 4 years in Louisiana at Emirel Lagasse's restaurant NoBu, three in Hawaii, and many along the East Coast. His specialties include Cajun, from gumbo to crawfish boils, Mediterranean, Italian (regional), and BBQ, both Texas and Southern.
The fine dining/event planning department works with each client to create a menu that is tailored specifically to your particular palette and party theme. We are a full service event company that can handle everything from tables, china, linen, florals, bars, DJ's, decorations and theme creation. From black tie service to country BBQ, buffet style to plated service, no event is too big or too small.
